First-Timer FAQs

  • You can sign up for a class through our website here or by downloading our iOS app. You will need to create an account and purchase a credit in order to book your first class.

  • Yes! All of Lagree Collective’s classes are designed for all fitness levels. Our instructors are trained to work with your ability level and will offer both beginner modifications and advanced options to meet you where you’re at.

  • First-time clients must arrive 15 minutes before class for a brief studio orientation and a demo of the MiniPro. If you miss this demo, you will not be permitted to take the class for safety reasons.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to retain your class credit and avoid a penalty fee.

    You can cancel or make changes to your booking by logging into your account via our website or download our Lagree Collective app here. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations via email or DMs.

    Class Packages

    Late cancellations and missed classes will result in a lost class credit for Credit/Class Package holders.

    2-Week Unlimited Intro Offer

    Late cancellations/missed classes will result in $15 penalty fee for all 2-Week Unlimited Membership holders.

    AutoPay Memberships

    Late cancellations and missed classes will result in a lost class credit for Shake/Sweat/Sculpt Membership holders.

  • Yes! Grip socks are required for all classes and can be purchased at the studio.

  • Wear form-fitting clothing you can easily move in, much like you’d wear to the gym or a yoga class. Bring grip socks (required), a water bottle and a small towel (optional). 

  • Before class begins, let your instructor know about any injuries or concerns. They can provide modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout.

  • Yes! We also have water available for purchase at the studio in case you forget to bring yours.

  • Classes are 50 minutes long and focus on slow, controlled movements and quick transitions between exercises. Your instructor will guide you through a series of exercises ensuring proper form. Expect exercises like lunges, planks, and core work, all performed on the MiniPro. This workout is meant be challenging (and often humbling) as Lagree targets smaller stabilizing muscles that often don’t get as much attention in traditional workouts. You might shake and burn—that’s a good sign! It means your muscles are working to fatigue. It’s completely normal to experience soreness—sometimes in muscles you didn’t even know existed. Since Lagree engages your stabilizers and core throughout the entire class, expect to feel the effects afterward! It will take a few classes to start to feel like you know what you’re doing, but keep at it - the results will come quickly. Keep an open mind, have fun and embrace the shakes! 

Studio Policies

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early if it’s your first time. Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.

  • We have a 5-minute grace period. After that, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals and the doors may be locked.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to retain your class credit and avoid a penalty fee.

  • If you're on the waitlist—there’s a good chance you’ll get a spot! If you're unsure about your attendance, please remove yourself to avoid losing a class credit. Please note: once you’ve been moved off the waitlist and into class, our 12-hour cancellation window will apply.

    You will receive an email and/or text confirmation if you’ve been moved off the waitlist into the class.

    Please note that the waitlist locks and becomes void at the 1-hour mark prior to the class start time – at which point potential spots in the class are available on a first come first serve basis.

  • Switching classes within the 12-hour cancellation period will result in a late cancellation. If you would like to switch your reservation within the 12-hour window, please see our same-day standby policy.

  • Got stuck in a meeting and lost your credit? The standby policy is here for you!

    If you are unable to attend your class and have a late cancellation you may show up on standby for another class during the same day and if a spot is available - it's yours!

    Please note, standby spots cannot be reserved in advance and we cannot guarantee that a spot will be available. Registered guests and walk-ins who purchase a reservation receive priority over guests attending on standby.

  • Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant before attending classes at Lagree Collective.

  • Yes! You may bring one guest per class, and their attendance will be charged to your account as a class credit. 

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen items. Please come by the studio asap to retrieve any left items. Due to limited storage, we are not able to keep lost and found items for more than a few days.

  • To ensure a clean and focused environment for all guests, we do not allow pets in the studio.
